Windows 10: Fixing c

Discus and support Fixing c in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; My laptop been fixing c for 10 days and still at stage 1 89%.     My laptop been fixing c for 10 days and still at stage 1 89%. I wonder if it is normal and how long to wait for the other stage. It's very frustating

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Core i7 920 D0 Retailer?

    4 pages of C-0 errata, 26 are listed as "Plan Fix." No mention at all of D-0 stepping so "Plan Fix" could mean they will be addressed in D-0. Some of the "Plan Fix" errata are pretty serious involving suspended state and several VM fixes.
