Windows 10: Fixing corrupted task scheduler in windows 10

Hi,I need to fix the task scheduler that was corrupted. all the templates were deleted. I'm looking for a tool that will fix it. I found the Repair Tasks tool but it works only for win 7 and not for win 10.If someone has any idea or tool to do that it will be very helpful. I have about 100 devices with this issue.Thank you,Haim

What error message you're getting while using Task Scheduler?

Suggest you try the below mentioned steps to fix any issue with corrupted system files:

• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type or copy/paste the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
  

Reboot the system and check if the issue still occurs. If the problem still persist, try to check the issue by creating other User Profile to see if problem still arises.

No errors found by each suggestion. May have to do a clean install unless someone has a different solution

 

Issue with Task Scheduler

The task name sounds like a malware. Try running a full scan using Malwarebytes, and Junkware Removal Tool (www.malwarebytes.org). These tools will remove malicious
tasks added by malware.

And, if that doesn't remove the task, you can remove it manually using the steps listed in this article.
