Windows 10: Fixing E: Stage 1: 0% 178 of 783872; Total: 0%; ETA: 999:00:00

What do I do? I want to cancel or stop it. Is it safe to spot it on the first Stage? This is the first launch if this os. Before launching it asked me to press a key if I wanted to cancel the disc checkup. I pressed the space bar. The timer stopped but the text was still on my screen. Then it started to "fix" my disc. How to stop it? Or is it best to just leave it running for a week?

this the stage lasts more than an hour, and carries there even 1 percent

I turned my computer off one night after it was working fine, came home from work, turned it on, and it says:

Fixing (E Stage 1: 60% (x of x); Total: 87%; ETA: 0:xx:xx

It was on Stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00 for 3 hours. I turned off the pc, drained the power, cleaned as much dust as i could with electronic duster, turned it on, and im back at square one. This isnt my boot drive, its a 1 TB HDD and its
only used to store music files or video files. I use it maybe twice a week at most. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

My pc (Lenovo) was very slow for week espicially today, I decided to restart it and then start fixing then it stuck at this stage:

It took 12 hours and I am still waiting.
