Windows 10: Fixing MS Store and Restoring original owner for folders and apps previously inaccessible...

I tried to update MS store and Download MS Paint 3D but I kept getting an error so I tried to troubleshoot the problem but it didn't work so I tried to troubleshoot compatibility because I'm on windows 10 and windows 11 is already out but the MS store wasn't listed so I changed permission of folders C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ and sub-folders so I could select the store to try and fix the problem but it didn't work so now I want to know how i can change the permissions back so nothing breaks and if there is another way to fix the store that I haven't tried.The error message I keep getting

Original owner of "temp folder" in C: Drive

Hello,

I have a question,

What is the original owner of the Folder "temp" Located inside C:\Windows?

Because i accidentally set the ownership of the folder to my name.

When i used Powershell (admin) and typed $env:username, i saw my name and changed the owner of temp folder to my name because i wanted to change the accesses.

I was having problems downloading/ installing apps because of ERROR 2503 / 2502. But now i fixed it, and now i need to know which is the original owner of temp folder because i forgot.

Is it SYSTEMS as the original owner of the Temp folder?

 

Vista HB reinstall = no original apps; help?

I'm not sure just what I am looking for, I guess -
the front case says "Digital Media Manager" underneath eight slots for SD Cards, usb ports, etc,;
my friend, the owner, remembers a "Digital Media Reader" folder in "program files" on the "C" drive.
Your list suggests that I am also looking for Cyberlink PowerToGo for DVD playback.

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

The answer of @Badiboy helps my problem.
I removed a lot of metro apps but kept ms-store with MSMG toolkit before I install windows 10 x86 on a very old laptop. Unfortunately, MS Store does not work after installation.

I fixed it by following @Badiboy guideline.

1. Run command add-AppxPackage ...Store..., error information shows my system missed Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.1.4.
   
2. I copied Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.1.4 from another windows 10 and register it with -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.1.4.1.4.24201.0_x86_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AppxManifest.xml"
   
3. following step 5 to grant access permissions for "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES" account to WindowsApps folder.
   
4. Run 'Store' and it works!
