Windows 10: Fixing my Minecraft email when signing up

I’m on mobile and I put my email in wrong when trying to sign up and verify my email in Minecraft. I tried pressing the “fix it here” button but no matter how many times I pressed it or waited nothing would happen. Now whenever I try to sign up for an account on Minecraft it immediately takes me to this page and I can’t verify and get an email because they have the wrong email. What do I do to fix my email when the fix it here button doesn’t work?

  in Windows search/Run command)
• Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
• What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.
