Windows 10: fixing stage loop but different??

When I turn on my pc it automatically starts repairing something and then it goes to blue screen with two options, one for restart and the other one with factory reset mode. When I just want to restart my pc it starts fixing something maybe hard drive and then when it finishes it says nothing to be fixed and goes back to the blue screen. When I want factory reset it says that there’s a problem and I can’t even factory reset… I’ve tried every option in the command prompt that was recommended to me and nothing has worked… I now just want to completely wipe out my pc and factory reset it I don

These are the only prevalent issues I need help with fixing, since they remain in the Event Viewer program even after clearing all events/logs.

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
