Windows 10: Fixing 'Unable to connect to this network' - Windows 11

Hi, I bought a HP Laptop new and when i tried setting it up, it would never allow me to connect to my home network, it would always say 'Unable to connect to this network'. The Wi-Fi connected to my personal hotspot but wouldn't let me connect to my home network. Other devices such as laptops, mobiles phone, tv's and more devices are connected to my home networks but it still will not let me on my laptop. I have tried resetting the network, updating the network driver, but it still does not let me connect to my home network.Please help

In order for us to find out what causes your computer not to connect to the Internet, we would like to gather more information:

• Which apps are unable to connect to the internet?
• Have you tried to connect to the internet using Internet Explorer?
• Are there any software or hardware changes made to your computer prior to this issue?
• Are there any recent updates installed to your computer?
• How are you trying to connect to the Internet? Wi-Fi/LAN
• Are there any third party anti-virus installed on your computer?
