    Good Day,has anybody solved either of these problems,on Win 10,First when I try to open greeting cards from Jacquie Lawson,it tells me I need to download Adobe flash,when I try this, Win 10 tells me it is already installed,(between a rock,and a hard place) so I am unable to get that right.
    2nd, *Mad I am unable to load Kaspersky,as the version I was using before changing to Win 10 was 2015,so this is not acceptable by Win 10,so I am using a free anti virus.
    Help from any of you clever people would be great.

    and windows 10 is up to date FYI Flash Player is integrated into EDGE and IE

    flash player is up to date on this machine and that flash article was from last year Jan 2016 not Jan 2017

    FYI. If you are guessing at flash player in Edge then you need to send End Users to advanced settings and make sure Adobe Flash Player is enabled.

    Flash Player.

    You do need to install Flash to use it on browsers like,, FF,, Chrome Etc. It does come pre-installed with Edge.

    As for Kaspersky.. I know it's been problematic but others should be able to help out with that issue.

    Hi Aramil,sorry to say this did not work for me,the formation of the activation code,that they wanted was nothing like mine,I am really pissed off with this windows 10,their tech staff have been trying since Dec last year,to solve my Kaspersky problem,yet Avast can be downloaded with no problem. Thanks anyway,it was worth the try.
