Windows 10: Flashing blackscreen windows 10, happens before logging in can see cursor when black screen

Hello all,


I have a problem on my pc:


When i start up my pc, i get to the login screen and then it starts giving me a black screen (its not a full black screen because i can still see my cursor)

it looks like when you task kill explorer through task manager. the black screen keeps coming and goes away (flickering) and my pc needs 4 times to actually work. if i restart my pc this does not happen.

if i shut down it happens again the next time when i start it up. I already tried basic stuff like sfc scan, chckdsk, windows memory scan or something like that, i booted windows 10 setup from usb, deleted my windows drive with all data, created a new partition again then installed windows and i still have the problem. its very weird if it was a hardware failure then it would also have happend if i restarted my pc, this is obviously a windows problem but still after clean installing windows this problem happen. what can i do to fix this problem?

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
