Windows 10: flashing blue screen on log in

hey so I've searched all over the internet for a solution and yet to find it,

the problem is that every time i power on the pc and log in the entire screen is flickering in a blue screen and the only way to stop it is to do a forced shutdownholding down the power button and then power it on again and the problem is solved till i shut down the pc again. it happens every time without fail.

what I've tried to do to solve it:

* reinstall all my graphics drivers and made sure windows is up to date

*disabled all programs on startup

*disabled fast boot on windows

*run this as a bat file as a recommendation on other forums

*and finely I've found on the event viewer tons on errors at the moment of login and all of them said the fallowing:

i'm desperate and don't know what else to do to fix it.

Upgrade stops at flashing blue screen

I know some people having flashing blue screen but that's after log in? Mine basically stops at the blue flashing screen before even getting to the Win 10 log in. I tried press ctrl + alt + del, for a few moments, I can see something looks like a Win 10
log in with a big 'window' and three buttons at the right bottom. However it quickly goes back to the flashing screen again.

Tech support suggests me back up the files and re-install win 7 then upgrade again. Well I'm not even be able to log in. How can I back up file now.....?!

Anyone had the similar problem?

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
