Windows 10: Flashing screen on windows 11 after updating 22H2

HelloIm falling into the problems after updating my windows 11 to 22H2After update my windows and setting up this update, my desktop flashing and refreshing every 2 second and i can't doing any act even click or right click on any object on desktop such as start, program shortcut, settings, run, taskmanager and ets.Whould you please help me how can i do to fix this problems?

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

22H2 update of Windows 11

I dont want to use the ISO file again to update my Windows. I used ISO file of Windows 11 before when attempting to upgrade to Windows 11 even that my PC is meeting its requirements. I want to update on this 22H2 but I know it will not work and I need to do some steps. Please teach me.
