Windows 10: Flashing windows boot manager upon startup

I am running dual boot on my system with Ubuntu and Windows, I recently updated to Windows 11 after this I have a flashing screen for 2-3 frames every time I boot into Windows 11. My computer is in Norwegian so the translation might be off but it is called Windows Boot Manager Windows Oppstartsbehandling. If I boot in safe mode I do not get the problem but I do not know how to fix it. After updating Windows I also tried to resize the Ubuntu partition. I am using tried here as I managed to destroy it and had to reinstall Ubuntu, don't know if this may be a factor so I am leaving it in for the

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Windows Vista Startup Problem ( Dual Boot)

I've got a dual boot set up on my computer, with Windows XP Professional 32bit & Vista Ultimate 64bit.

I haven't booted into Vista for quite some time now because I get better performance from XP. But now, if I try to boot into Vista, it goes through until after the Welcome screen & just gets stuck on a black screen with the pointer showing.

I have tried repairing the startup using the Vista CD.


Any suggestions?
