Windows 10: Flashy loop in the start

Discus and support Flashy loop in the start in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So my laptop started doing this weird flashy loop when it starts. I had to force shutdown to reset it.     Is watercooling the solution?

    A loop can get complicated and so you start small and list what you want to cool at the very minimum. If you can do that I can give you a diagram and suggested parts.

    Stuck in Getting Windows Ready Loop

    I've tried all the suggestions listed in the community forum on the issue.

    My loop started in the middle of my day, not after update. I waited two and a half hours, then turned off and tried these tips. Every time I turn it on, it returns to the loop.

    What can I do?
