Windows 10: Flicker on boot after update.

After any update from windows 10 I get this annoying flicker that leads to a slow boot and instability. Even connecting a controller via the small xbox adapter causes slow downs.

Specs: Ryzen 2600x Sapphire 5700 xt 16gb of Corsair Vengeance CL16 ram X470 gaming plus mobo Corsair rm750x gold psu.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
