Windows 10: Flickering Line on taskbar

Hello, this happened to me since a week ago. I have this glitching line that swallows my taskbar. When I took a screenshot, it doesn't show on the picture. This happens everyday like a routine, when I start my laptop in the morning, the line appears and then disappears after some time. It shows again at night, thin line at first but slowly turns big later on... do you have any answers or solutions for this? Thanks in advance!

Taskbar Flickering Problem

I've recently installed Windows 10 onto my PC and have been noticing one very big annoyance. In my taskbar, there has been a flashing accent line (accent lines are the rectangular coloured lines seen directly below an application on the taskbar). Sometimes,
it occurs on an unoccupied space on my taskbar, and sometimes it happens to an existing app. When it happens on an existing app, the app icon just starts flashing a little. When I'm typing in a text field, the taskbar flicker disrupts this action and forces
me to click again on the text field in order to type. Has anyone been experiencing the same problem? Please offer suggestions on how to fix this.

taskbar flickering bar

I've had an ongoing problem for the past year or so, where a flickering line appears across the taskbar, usually after my laptop has been used for a prolonged period of time or has just come out of sleep mode (so is not continual). This flickering bar causes
the screen to flicker too and is altogether really irritating.

The issue seems to disappear when my graphics driver is uninstalled.

I have done the following:

- Checked and removed any apps which may be causing this

- Factory reset my laptop

- Updated my graphics driver

- Uninstalled then reinstalled graphics driver

I have been through the entire troubleshooting process with Intel (they installed different graphics driver etc), however, it reappears. They now suggest it may be a BIOS or hardware problem.

I'm looking for help as I am unsure how to proceed from here.
