    I recently bought an HP Victus i5-12/16/1.024/3060 Ti desktop computer.OS Edition - Windows 11 HomeVersion - 2009OS Build - 10.0.22621.1344System type - Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxxRAM -16 GBI have had no problems with the graphics up till this weekend, but as I was playing Hogwarts Legacy on Sunday, the game graphics suddenly started glitching. I shut down the game, but the glitches continued on to my desktop/apps/everything else.I tried fixing the problem by:- Updating the graphics driver GeForce Game Ready Driver, I don't remember the version. I am currently on version 531.18

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    Screen flickering in safe mode help!

    Hi Yasmeentq,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by incompatible apps or display drivers. I suggest you to refer to the article below and check if it helps.
