    Flickering screen due to battery


    Okay, so I have/had a flickering screen. I ran virus scans, checked drivers, safe mode, all the usual internet fixes. Then I plugged it back in as the battery got low. Low and behold, the screen stopped flickering. Unplugged it, flickered again. Okay, so I then searched for battery issues. Turns out there are some. But I can't find a solid answer to actually fix this other than plug the laptop in. So I turn myself over to y'all's almighty wisdom reddit users. This is a back up laptop, so no need to worry about losing data. Any thoughts? Asus 554L 2016(?) Laptop running latest updates.

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
