Windows 10: Flickmode controls missing yet it is enabled

I recently procured a stylus for use on my Windows 10 tablet, however I ran into the problem of always having a delay when drawing in certain programs. When starting computer Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0.96 (Microsoft) and USB 3.0 root hub missing from device manager

Since you've mentioned that the USB 3.0 doesn't appear in the Device Manager window. We recommend that you check the BIOS settings your device if the USB 3.0 is enabled. If you've already checked the BIOS settings and found out that it is enabled, we suggest
that you follow these steps:

• Open Device Manager.
• Under the View tab, click Show hidden devices.
• Check Universal Serial Bus controllers if it will show the missing items.

This will show all the hidden devices under Device Manager.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

The battery icon might be hidden. We suggest that you follow the steps below to enable the Power option:

• Type quick actions in the search bar and click on Choose your quick actions.
• Click on Turn system icons on or off.
• Turn On the Power option.
  

If the issue persists, update the driver software.

• Go to device manager:
• Right click on: Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
• Select: update driver software
• Click: search automatically
