Windows 10: Flight Simulator 2020 Premium Deluxe when reinstalled only got 2 Air planes and more issues

My FS2020 Premium Deluxe was working great on my initial install 'til an update came out about 2 weeks ago. it crashed while doing the update and it didn't work anymore after that. I reinstalled it and when it came up and running I only have 2 air planes, went to Flight Training everything are grayed out, on Activities - only Landing Challenges is with color the rest are grayed out, Famous/Epic and Strong Wind which are all working before I tried to install the update. I deleted everything and even reinstalled it on a new formatted empty drive I still got the same issues it will not install the Premium Deluxe version even when It says its Premium Deluxe install. When installing it says 106.65GB total installing but when I look at the total installed on the drive it only has 88GB installed.


Please Help. I don't want my money got wasted on this program.

How can I get Support for Flight Simulator 2020 (Premium Deluxe?) in Australia

I purchased through the Microsoft Store (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/microsoft-flight-simulator-premium-deluxe-preorder/).

I Installed the 71GB last night and the game loads but it will not download high detail data and puts me in Offline mode when I load an airport.

Error: "Your connection had an issue while streaming data, you have been switched to offline mode."

I have am Unlimited 50Mbps broadband internet connection (I downloaded Fligth Sim 2020 at a rate of 57Mbps).

Flight Simulator 2020 is running in Administrator mode.
