Windows 10: Flight Simulator - Birthday gift from family

I have seen a lot of hype about Flight Simulator 2020, including glowing reports and horror stories. Most seem to date from early release days so maybe OK now. Also I suspect a lot of horror stories stem from people with low spec PCs and/or low PC experience. My Computer spec below. Running Windows 10. Any recent views you'd care to share? My birthday is in a week or so (82 so no spring chicken but ex-real pilot experienced). Intel Core i7 @ 3.20GHz 30 C Coffee Lake 14nm Technology RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1332MHz (19-19-19-43) Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Microsoft Flight Simulator issue after Windows 10 Upgrade

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.



I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.
