Windows 10: Flight Simulator FSX engl. Version

Hey there,

had to change Motherboard with Win7Pro. Unfortunately I deleted a driver after activation MB MSI Z270 but reinstalled. Everythin works but not FSX.Since than FSX shows up for a second and disapears from screen. Failure 1-80004005 leads to product activation. Repair routine on FSX-DVD running with no success. Due to lots of apps on FSX I look for not reinstalling all that stuff.

Where or how can I resolve the prop. How could I find the 'MS activation-Platform for FSX?

After all that unsuccessfull work I installed/updatet to Win10 Pro finally - even no effort.

I´m helpless. Hope you have a hint.

flight simulator 2016

I am looking at flight simulator 2016, some of the ads says its from mircosoft,

I am wondering if its a upgraded version from fsx, if not are they working on a updated version of flight simulator, since fsx if over ten years old

I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.

Is FSX Flight Simulator compatable in Windows 10?

Dear Sir,

I can not use my FSX with Windows 10.

You should be honest and tell the Win 10 users that we can not use our FSX in with Win10.

It is a shame that the use of the FSX with Win10 has not been planned. I can not believe at all. I am really disappointed with Microsoft.

Microsoft should plan a secure way that FSX could be used with Win10. At least, provide a way for us to buy the new FSX version for which we have the original version of the flight simulator. But Microsoft must accept that FSX cannot be used
with Win10.
