Windows 10: Flight Simulator X Invalid Product Key

I bought FSX when it first came out. I miss it, so, I re-installed it on my new computer. After the install, it never prompted me to activate. I went online, changed the reg, and now I have the product key page!But… After I input my key I have the original, in great shape, all characters are clear, I get this error: The product key is invalid. I have tried it several times. I have not installed it on any computers in the past that were not owned by me. I called Microsoft and it directed me to here. How do I fix this so my code is valid again?

Hi i bought Flight Simulator gold Edition and the product key is invalid i know i typed the right product key and still says invalid product key!

Activation is required to unlock all the features of the particular game. In order to activate Flight Simulator X you need to have the product key, which you would have received when you purchase the game.

• Do you receive any error code when you try to activate Flight Simulator X?

If you are receiving any error code while trying to activate Flight Simulator, you can refer the articles

Flight Simulator X: "An error occurred while attempting to activate the product The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application" and

You receive an activation message after you play Flight Simulator X for 30 minutes.

What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to repair using the Repair for the Flight Simulator X installation.

To repair Flight Simulator X installation, follow these steps:

1. Insert the Flight Simulator X disc into your DVD drive.

2. Select Repair, and then click Next.

3. Follow the instructions to reinstall Flight Simulator X.
