    Flight Simulator; X-Plane 11 installer not working


    The installer crashes after about 2 seconds. I have tried disabling Firewall, allowing app through and updating drivers (as per some suggestions)

    I am on the verge of giving up and returning the program but one last shot, can you help?

    Cannot install Flight Simulator

    I cannot install Flight Simulator because X-Plane 11 installer
    keeps crashing. I did everything I can to fix it such as disabled Firewall and
    updated drivers, nothing helps

    Flight Simulator X or X-Plane 10?

    I just want to know, from others, if there is anyone here who has any experience with either Flight Simulator X or X-plane 10 (or both) - which one is the better?

    My simulator setup (for warplanes) is:
    CH- Fighterstick
    CH- Throttle pro
    CH- Pro Pedals

    For ordinary planes:
    CH- Eclipse yoke and throttle quadrant


    I bought all of them second hand, had to repair/change the USB cable on the Eclipse yoke, but now I want a good flight sim to try them out on. Most people have said "get X-Plane", is that better than FSX or just as good?

    Probably X-Plane 10, or 11 if you want to wait for the new version coming out this month.


    X-Plane 11, most realistic flight sim ever.
