Windows 10: Flight Training-IFR Navigation-ILS Approach

The Localizer and Glideslope are not displaying on the Garmin 1000 and on occasion the screans on the 1000 go blank.

Flight training grayed out after latest patch

All lessons in "training flights" are unavailable in Flight Simulator. They appear as "grayed out" on the screen and I'm unable to click on them.

 

Cortana fails to detect flight itinerary in Outlook

Thank you, Andre, for providing the suggestions. At this point, I have performed the complete list of suggested remediations. I have also performed a reset (saving personal files) on my Surface Pro 4. None of the steps has resolved the problem with Cortana
tracking flights.

As a side note, this evening I asked Cortana to track a flight. The app correctly found flight tracker information on the Web (Launching Edge), but did not take the hint to track the flight.

For validation, Outlook is correctly capturing the flight itineraries in my email. Cortana is properly tracking package deliveries, but will not track flight itineraries.

This is certainly not the most important issue in my life, but it has become a bit of a nag that I'd like to resolve. Unless there is another suggestion, my next step will be to perform a complete reset.

ILS Frequencies and the NAV/COM in Radio Stack

Hello. I used to fly ILS-approach and ILS-final into landing airliner-jets about 10 years ago in FS2004. I used to enter the ILS -frequency of the destination-airport along with the Ground-frequency of the airport into NAV, which allowed my flight to lock
onto the airport's ILS and turn into the runway after the ATC had given me the approach-vectors and brought me to the final. It required me to enter both those frequencies. But now using FSX, I find that I can only enter the ILS-frequency - both the Ground-frequency
and the Tower-frequency cannot be entered into the second NAV because the display-range of the second-NAV display does not include the frequency being entered, and both these frequencies are outside the display-range. I need help in overcoming the difficulty.
