    Screen flickering at startup but fixed after restart every time Windows 11 Hi, I'm having an issue with my Windows 11 laptop where after startup my screen flickers usually with the movement of the cursor. When I restart this issue is fixed. But the problem is that this happens every time I start my laptop after a shutdown. And every time the issue is fixed after a restart.

    screen Fliker on desktop in windows 10 cant do anything.

    Upgraded to windows 10 last night since than ( first time) screen fliker on desktop and arrow with blue round continues on screen.

    everything okay until log in as soon as log in happens all shortcuts start coming in and out and can't do anything on computer.
