Windows 10: Floatform ? Preventing Me From Shutting Down Windows 10 and my Computer

I can't find anything on Floatform other than a couple of "reddit" posts below. How can I find it...how can I get it off my computer?"I went to shut down my windows 10 and it said that an app called FloatForm is preventing it from shutting down. I cant find it anywhere even if I look through processes in task manager. Does anyone know what it is and should I be concerned"Floatform is a WinDev API subsystem for popups of other programs and docking points. win 10 will not shut down properly
