Windows 10: Floating minimised image with a timer

HiA floating image with a timer has appeared on my sons laptop and it has a timer. It can not be deleted by right clicking and it floats over all other programs.We are not very tech savy does any one know how we can remove it please?Thanks

turn off timer on simple solitaire

I will certainly help you with the Solitaire timer.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to turn off the timer:

• Run the game, and go to the top left corner, and click on the
  game option/symbol […].
• Click on the settings, and search for the timer option.
• Select the timer option from on to
  off.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
