Windows 10: Floating On-Screen keyboard?

Is there a way to modify the on-screen keyboard tabtip.exe so that I can undock it without it turning into the "small" layout?I know I can use the legacy on-screen keyboard osk.exe, but this does not help in my case.I specifically want to use the "50-on" layout on the japanese input language. If I press the undock button in the top right of the keyboard, it shows the "small" version of a regular keyboard, which is not what I want. I am learning japanese and not a native, and it would really help me

want to use manual keyboard----not on screen keyboard
