Windows 10: FlobM

Discus and support FlobM in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have an HP Compaq LA2205 WG Inn Adel athletics 380 and I had a Windows 10 reboot same problem but I went on YouTube and I searched up how to fix it...     I have an HP Compaq LA2205 WG Inn Adel athletics 380 and I had a Windows 10 reboot same problem but I went on YouTube and I searched up how to fix it and like I put a new setting because it’s usually on default but I changed it and you know there’s a number by like the end it was one before so now it’s three but now it’s just keeps on restarting and then shows the window screen and then the loading screen then it turns off and does it all over again
