Windows 10: flyte win11pro til eldre laptop

hei har oppgradert ssd m.2 på min stasjnære pc fra 500 til 1T hva ikke plass til 2 ssd'er så jeg kjøpte ssd enclosure som jeg fyttet alt fra det gammle ssd til det nye. Win10Pro to Win11Pro on different laptops

I have Win10Pro on a SurfaceBook1. It can't upgrade to Win11Pro. I also have a new Surface Laptop with Win11Home. Can I move the Pro license to the Win11 laptop?

The "Clean Install" indicating as which next please:

i)

resetPC got Recovered which OS has been upgraded from win10pro to win11pro

ii)

use RecoveryKey OEM created w10pro USB / DVD from win10pro install then updated to win11pro ?

(when OEM told there is no win11pro key to be ordered simply having OS reset for the machine)
