Windows 10: FN KEYS

Discus and support FN KEYS in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, so i got this problem where my symbols +ěščř1234 etc. wont work, instead it gives me fn keys shortcut.     Hi, so i got this problem where my symbols +ěščř1234 etc. wont work, instead it gives me fn keys shortcut. Instead of number one it counts as f-one key and opens new tab. dont know what to do, tried everything. fn plus esc, reinstall keyboard driver, bios etc.
