Windows 10: FN KEYS

Discus and support FN KEYS in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, so i got this problem where my symbols +ěščř1234 etc. wont work, instead it gives me fn keys shortcut.     FN KEYS


    Hi, so i got this problem where my symbols +ěščř1234 etc. wont work, instead it gives me fn keys shortcut. Instead of number one it counts as f-one key and opens new tab. dont know what to do, tried everything. fn plus esc, reinstall keyboard driver, bios etc.

    Left SHIFT key doesn't work while holding CTRL or ALT.: As the title says, while holding CTRL or ALT left shift key does not register as i have confirmed with keyboardtester.Stuff i already tried:Checked for sticky keys, toggle keys and filter keys, they are all disabled.Don't have any key sequence attatched for changing language...
