Windows 10: fn9-fn11 keys not working after last Windows update

Hi, I have this problem after last windows 10 update - my FN9, FN10 and FN11 keys don't work anymore it's the keys correlating to stopping, returning and skipping music, so very important to me. My device is HP Pavilion 15, it's a relatively new computer so it's nothing with the keyboard itself. I tried turning turning function keys on and off, then tried fixing it in bios then tried using the on-screen keyboard and nothing worked. I have no idea what to do and I have no idea how to check if some program assigned the keys for it's own functions. Please help ;;

Equals Key Wont Work

We suggest that you update the keyboard driver. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Next and follow the steps in the wizard that appears.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
