Windows 10: FnHotKeyUtility.exe - The Application could not be started and other wierd stuff

Good dayI have something weird happened to my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop Windows 11, one of them is the error belowAnd the other weird stuff is, some of the applications that cannot be opened like my Visual Studio 2022 community, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Avira yes I can't open the UI of my Avira, iTunes, MS Office, etc, while Spotify, Steam, Need for Speed Most Wanted are all working properly. I have to repair most of them, and for the Visual Studio, I have to run it as an administrator in able for this to run.Here's a sample of the errorThe last time I remembered before it all happened

Shortcut key for "My Stuff" ?

Using Windows 10, here's the steps I'm taking to search for files on the computer:

• Click Start Menu (or tap the Windows key on the keyboard)
• Start typing a search term
• Click "My Stuff"
• When it finds your file, click it to make the file open
• If you want to open File Explorer and peruse similar files without opening files:
  • After clicking "My Stuff" (in Step 3) go to the bottom area under "Other places to look" and click "File Explorer"
  • File Explorer opens
  
  Question: I don't want to use the mouse to click "My Stuff" in step 3. Is there a shortcut key?

Impossible to starts some exe files!

hello everyone,

I need help as I have tried all of what i have found in this and other forums, whitout any success.
Since a week icant start some exe files and i dont know why only some!
i have appleied what was described in Restore Default File Type Associations in Windows 10 Windows 10 Customization Tutorials ,
but no better results.
I have scanned my laptop for virus or malwares, and its clean.
for example i want start Acronis, then win10 say cant find the file even so i try to start it directly from the exe file!
same if i want to start ACDSee and some others applications.

For others files its perfectly ok, like AVG PCtune; Malwarebytes, Microsoft Office and so many others.

I have also tried to install again the sotware which doesnt start but it is the same.

Some people suggested that possibly a dll have been modified, but how to find out?
I hope someone will be able to help me as my next step would be to fully reinstall windows and all applications.
