Windows 10: Focus Assist, Do Not Want It, Do Not Need It

How can I remove focus assist from my computer, because turning it off dose nothing at all. I have tried every suggestion to shut this up and quit annoying me. I need it removed all together. Disabling dose not work why, because next update it is back and annoying me once more. This is why I want to remove it with extreme prejudice. Extermination is required.

If you turn off Get notifications from apps and other senders, it will disable notifications from everything except Windows system notifications.

Turning on Focus Assist will turn off all notifications until you turn off Focus Assist.
