Focus Stealing Culprits Found using Process Explorer. What to do?

This question is a follow-up from my question below:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/active-window-becomes-inactive-on-its-own-without/78be1073-b294-4e12-8c4e-917d0c4a1d90After running Process explorer, I realized that SynTPEnh.exe and WerFault.exe are the culprits. I realized that every time focus stealing occurs while I'm in the middle of a process e.g. like typing my question here, those two would appear in one second of each other on the top of the Process Explorer window. First, SynTPEnh.exe would show up, then WerFault.exe in green bars, then they would disappear

    :)

  2. Black Window Stealing Focus

First off, from what I can tell this is some sort of window. Windows can display over top of it, but only by bringing up or forcing the OS to show a window or item by hovering mouse over taskbar icon. The black window also is not fullscreen as anything being displayed behind it can be visible as a border around it (1 pixel on all sides).

I can't really say what is causing it. I have disabled searchapp.exe as it seemed to be randomly stealing the focus and it was being reported as the culprit by Window Focus Logger. Unfortunately it still happens from time to time, but focus logger now says it's Explorer.exe taking focus. I have tried terminating and disabling processes and services trying to determine what it is. The only way to remove it is to restart the computer. When doing so, before windows shuts down, the black window does close which suggests to me there is a process behind it.

Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804)

I will do what I can to provide any information request.
I am attaching 2 images, the first being what is displayed when it happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    mstsc.exe stealing focus

    Hello.

I have a problem on my Windows 11 PC. Whenever I do anything on my PC, a program called mstsc.exe steals focus of my opened window. This happens every few minutes. The program is located in C:\Windows\System32\mstsc.exe. I used this program: focus to discover that this process is causing the issue and steals my foreground window focus.

    How can I fix it?

    Thank you.
