Windows 10: Folder Goes Missing With Regular Use

Hello there!I bought this new computer about one month ago. During this month, 2 regular folders I use got randomly deleted from my PC.I can't find them in the recycling bin.Folders are not invisible or hidden.A shortcut to the folder is visible in the temps folder. However, it tells me that the shortcut is invalid because it is missing or has been relocated.After the first folder went missing, I started to use OneDrive to back things up. Oddly, when the second folder went missing, I could still obtain it from OneDrive but not located anywhere on the PC.No one else has access to my PC.I am now

Pinned & Recent Folder Missing From Explorer in Start

• Click on View and then Options.
• Choose Folder and search options.
• Under General Tab and under Privacy, make sure to place a check mark on Show recently used files and recently used folder in Quick access.

Lost folders on Update

Why does Windows 10 exit to parent folder up on dragging a file to a network folder?

Your list is correct Shawn,

The open 'subfolder' will step back into 'folder', with 'subfolder' selected in the list.

This behaivour does not apply to local folders.

Server is a regular Windows 7 PC.
