Windows 10: Folder recovery in Windows 10 Mail

I had a folder named KEEPERS that had a lot of sub folders all containing emails that I was saving and because they all showed as containing nothing when I was using the Windows 10 Mail program I deleted the KEEPERS folder and the result was that it deleted everything that was in my account at my provider, ptd.net! Is there any way to restore this folder and all of its sub folders and their content?

The missing folder is not in the deleted folder!
