Windows 10: Folder showing different number of items for different users.

I have a number of users that have folders showing the wrong number of files. I've checked the server and know how many files should be in the folders and when I've looked myself I'm seeing the right number of files.


I've looked for a solution and most of the results refer to the file path length but in this case its only 80 characters long.


Has anyone had this before?

Different mobile numbers in contacts

In my outlook contact list I can set different mobile numbers to my contacts depending on if I want to phone or text them.

My old windows mobile could sync with the contact list and show both numbers.

With my new windows 7 phone only the number given under mobile phone sync and are then shown both for calling and texting.

I need to set different number because my company use a prefix before some number when calling but not when texting.

 

User folder has two different views?

I found something strange when browsing through my user folder on Win10. I noticed there are apparently two different views for my user folder. As you can see below depending on how the folder is accessed different items are shown or hidden. I also noticed
if you pin the folder to the quick access it always opens as shown in the right.

My question would be is there a way to always view the folder as shown on the left. I would prefer to see all of the items that actually exist in this folder and not have Windows decide what I should and shouldn't see. I do not like using these user folders
because of them acting in ways like this, but there are somethings that use folders inside the user folder.

 

Favorites Listing with Number of Items

I am familiar with the settings menu. I am clearing some of the data like browsing history, cookies, etc.. That suggestion does not address my concern which is: On my drop down list of Favorite sites, under each Favorite listed, there is an item number
listed. For instance, I have a favorite site called MEDICAL. Right under that heading, there is "10 items" shown referring to the number of sites under the heading MEDICAL.
I want to remove the line showing the number of items from each heading in my Favorites listing. The number of items line just started appearing. It does not show up on the Favorites list on my
other two computers where I also use the Microsoft Edge browser and Windows 10.
