Windows 10: Folder timestamp is not preserved during copy on win 10

Hello when I use robocopy to copy a folder on windows 10, the date accessed isnt preserved. The full code is robocopy “source” “destination/source” /dcopyAT /A-:SHAR /XF *this is supposed to copy just the parent folder source/ and preserve the source folder timestamp but the date accessed is not preserved and is off by more than 1 minute

Copying files from PC to Windows Phone does not preserve timestamps

I have bought a Lumia 830 and wanted to transfer the files (esp. pictures) I had on 1) my Nokia 5310 XpressMusic 2) my HTC HD2 to the Lumia.

Both old devices supported mass-storage mode over USB, which obviously preserves timestamps when copying files over to the PC, so I had my old files with their correct timestamps on my PC.

Alas, the Windows Phone 8.1-based Lumia 830 doesn't support mass-storage mode (only MTP?). I copied my files over to it from the PC using drag-n-drop in File Explorer, and the outcome is that all files on the Lumia 830 have a timestamp of when I copied the
files, not their original timestamps.

One of the very annoying side effects is that all my pictures are considered as having been taken in February 2015, which is plain wrong.

How does one copy files from a PC to a Windows Phone while preserving timestamps?

Additional related question: once I have a way to do this, how do I copy only new and modified files from a directory on the PC to the Windows Phone, in a manner similar to what one can do using e.g. ROBOCOPY /S /XX /XO sourcedir destdir--which requires
both sourcedir and destdir to be regular folders (not possible since the phone is not a mass-storage device)?

  Where exactly are you trying to check, if the TimeStamps are present?
  

I would suggest you to follow these steps below to retrieve files manually from Windows.old folder and check, if it helps.

• Enter This PC in the search box, and then click on
  This PC in the search results.
• Double-tap or double-click the drive that Windows is installed on (typically, the C: drive).
• Double-tap or double-click the Windows.old folder.
• Double-tap or double-click the Users folder.
• Double-tap or double-click your user
  name.
• Open the Windows.old folder that contain the files you want to retrieve.
• Copy and paste the files that you want from
  Windows.old folder to a folder in Windows 10.
• Repeat steps 5-7 for each user account on your PC.
