Windows 10: Folder with photos converted to internet shortcut, how I do I recover all my images :

This folder with images converted to internet shortcut, can someone tell me how I can recover all the images I saved in this folder?

The folder is saved on an external hard drive.

Why .ICO files blurry when you convert from an image?

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to follow the steps below on how to change a picture to.ico format and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Select the image\picture you want to convert into .ico.
• Now resize the image to 32x32 using Paint or Photo Gallery.
• Save the file and just rename it to with an .ico extension and also select 24bit bitmap.

Windows 10 Photo Gallery shortcut

Hi Robert,

To create a shortcut for Windows 10 Photo Gallery, follow these steps:

• Right-click on Photo Gallery, and then choose the Open file or folder location.
• A pop-up window will appear showing Photo Gallery, and then right-click on it.
• Select Send to> Desktop (create shortcut).
