Windows 10: Folder won"t go away

Discus and support Folder won"t go away in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have a no longer used folder than I cannot delete. I have tried various third party apps to no avain.     removal of app icon in all apps

    thank you restart of computer worked the app is called daily workouts next time I get an app that won`t go away when uninstalled , I will restart my computer . is the icon not part of the app , when uninstalling an app should that not be uninstalled just

    Thanks anyway but program says folder isn't locked "no locking handle Found". Appreciate it tho
