Windows 10: Folders aren't organised A-Z when saving file in a program

Discus and support Folders aren't organised A-Z when saving file in a program in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Although files are organised A-Z in File Explorer, when I try to save a file in say Word or Firefox, it's all over the shop.     Folders aren't organised A-Z when saving file in a program


    Although files are organised A-Z in File Explorer, when I try to save a file in say Word or Firefox, it's all over the shop. Windows 10 64 Bit.Windows Explorer screen shot:but then Firefox Save Asand In typical Windows fashion it drives me around the bend and makes me want to go to Linux to escape this rubbish.Thanks for any advice or tips - I imagine it's something I have to select somewhere, however I've already checked and adjusted sort and group in explorer however no change in software. The screenshots for save as above are for a download for Firefox incognito browsing.
