Folders aren't organised A-Z when saving file in a program

Although files are organised A-Z in File Explorer, when I try to save a file in say Word or Firefox, it's all over the shop. Windows 10 64 Bit.Windows Explorer screen shot:but then Firefox Save Asand In typical Windows fashion it drives me around the bend and makes me want to go to Linux to escape this rubbish. Thanks for any advice or tips - I imagine it's something I have to select somewhere, however I've already checked and adjusted sort and group in explorer however no change in software. The screenshots for save as above are for a download for Firefox incognito browsing.

    :)

Anyone know of a good file organising program?

Anyone know of a good file organising program?

The problem I have is that I have got around 300-400 files all stored in around 100 different folders and sub-folders. I am wanting all these individual files in just the one folder. Obvioulsy I could just do this all manually but that would take forever and I am thinking that there must surely be some program (pref freeware) that could take care of such a simple task for me.

Anyone got any tips or advice?
