Windows 10: Folders on my external hard drive what i cant control/delete/move/rename

Hi, i compressed my external hard drive few months back. Then i couldnt open it so i added acces to me through security. Now i tried to repeat it and when i did it, some weird files showed me there. I cant delete or control them. I using that disc only to movies. I can't move them to the same folder so they don't take up space. It says that need an administrator to delete this folders.

unable to rename external hard drive

I tried what you said, but it still says "you need permission to perform this action". I have access to everything on the drive. It is only the autorun.inf that i no longer have access to and because of that when i rename the drive it shows the new name
in disk management but it stays the same in my computer. I am using windows 10 pro.
