Windows 10: Folders stuck on Read Only.

So I recently downloaded a game to play, and added mods for a better experience. However upon running the game, none of the mods worked. After some digging I found out it's due to the folders constantly reverting back to "read only". I've attempted to follow a couple of guides on how to stop this, but mostly likely I'm doing something wrong, or the guides aren't working for me.I use Windows 10 64 bit. The specific folder I'm trying to fix is saved to my desktop, I'm not sure how I would write the "attrib -r +s" fix into the admin command prompt, but I thought it might help to include where sai

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

All folders seem to be listed as Read Only.

Do not have third party antivirus.
