Windows 10: Fondue Windows Features Popup

I receive a popup window on a semi-regular basis, shown below. This popup window seems to refer to .NET Framework, but Googling hasn't yielded any answers yet. Has anyone encountered this issue before and is anyone able to offer a solution? Thank you.

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
