Windows 10: Font size/Blurry text/Low quality

Hello, I recently got a Dell G3 laptop with a 15 inch full HD display.
As it was by default, I am using the 125% scale. It was recommended I guess based on screen size. (100% is way too small)
As I understand it there are issues with this scaling that is why in the advanced settings there is the option o f windows trying to fix the scaling for apps. I have this enabled.
But stills some apps are kind of blurry and it seems like the screen is 480p or something.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Blurry text and low quality icons in taskbar


So, i've scaled my windows to 115% from Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display - set a custom scaling level and now the network and battery icons are with very low quality -

. Most of the text in all apps is not blurry -

but in others is blurry -

. When i scale it from the display settings all the text in all apps gets blurry. So how to show these icons and make them show all of their pixels?

 

Font kind of blurry

I just built a new gaming rig and am using an XFX 6950 and an ASUS 23.6" monitor. On some pages, I notice some fonts are a bit blurry and strain my eyes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am using windows 7, so please make the steps work for that. Thanks.

 

Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
