  2. Windows 11 Font and Icon Sizes Inconsistent

There appears to be no way to adjust font sizes by program, or to adjust font sizes independent of window titles? The properties box, for instance, is tiny, while the browser fonts are large. Adjusting the font size does not adjust fonts in older programs, or in the remote desktop. The font size for browser tabs in Chrome are normal, but the search results are in a tiny font. Some icons are large, and some are so small they are difficult to see. (and where are icon sizes changed? They seem to have changed with font changes, but not uniformly?!)

There are no custom settings for sizing, and changing the display resolution makes normally sized applications too large, and the tiny fonts to blurry. Help!

    • Type and click Control Panel.
    • Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
Make text other items larger or smaller.
    • Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
