Windows 10: Font size in pop-up windows is too small. How to change?

The font size settings for display scaling and accessibility do not change the font sizes in pop-up windows in applications. For example, I have my basic scaling set to 125% and my accessibility text size to 150%. However, when I parse a column in Excel "Text to Columns", the font in the parse control box is tiny. This is not limited to Excel -- it applies in every application that uses pop-up windows, including Windows Explorer. Examples below. I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.

  Type fonts on the search bar and select it.
  
• 
  Click on change font size from the left pane.
  
• 
  Make changes according.

Windows 10 changing Font

I cannot change the system fonts in Windows 10. I have gone in and changed the title bars, etc, but there are still some fonts that are too small for my eyes. One example is my Outlook address book. Anyone have any suggestions please?
