Windows 10: Fonts gets blurry when scrolling and still not supporting RGB Subpixel

Just i drag the ScrollBar by the mouse cursor. This is when the windows 10 was made and still exists.



All fonts gets blurry and Cuts off some pixels from top.

The ClearType is Checked to be RGB Subpixel and the fonts in Settings / Start Menu / Apps is still Grayscale and looks blurry anyway.

This is going to be Worse and Worse.

Font kind of blurry

I just built a new gaming rig and am using an XFX 6950 and an ASUS 23.6" monitor. On some pages, I notice some fonts are a bit blurry and strain my eyes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am using windows 7, so please make the steps work for that. Thanks.

 

How to detect subpixel stripe on display?

Cheers to all.I have a Philips bdm 4065/uc,and this monitor have BGR sub-pixel stripe,and text is blurry and fuzzy.Clear type on windows seems to not work,so I hate so much this monitor.I want to sell this monitor and buy another with RGB stripe,because
only on RGB, text are clear and crisp.

So my question is:

there are any program or something to detect subpixel stripe on monitor/TV LCD???Someone can help me?

I want to buy another display but I want only with RGB stripe.

Blurry text since Creators Update.

It's incredibly clear what OP's problem was here. I'm not sure why nobody here could figure it out.

OP's original settings were set up to use ClearType with BGR subpixel order (in the upper screenshot); in the blurry text he was seeing, it was being rendered with RGB subpixel order.

If you zoom in on the pictures (Win+=) you can see that the chromatic aberration on the edges of the text (used to counter the offsets in a typical monitor) are on opposite sides, making it look worse on his screen instead of better.

OP can probably use the ClearType calibration tool and choose the aliasing mode that looks best to him:





However, this might not fix it as there are bugs in the Creator's Update preview that are causing it to fail to render correctly in some circumstances but not others (hence how I found this thread).

After some investigation:

Some dialogs and text, for instance the network connection sharing dialog, will always render with the wrong anti-aliasing disposition.

System set to BGR:



Dialog text renders in RGB mode.

System set to RGB:



Dialog text renders in BGR mode.

Here's hoping they fix this soon.
